I love working with students. It is worth every late night to see the spark in a student's eyes. It is a privilege to see a student open a door they didn't even know existed. I love watching them find their passion, chase a dream, and be, even a small part of their story.”

Tamara Forbis has worked at CWC for more than four years as an instructor for business.

After completing college she went to work for Snowfly, a company that was just starting. Snowfly provides consulting primarily in the human resources realm so as an employee Forbis was able to get in on the ground floor. The company focused on incentives and selections but also on other areas in HR including motivation, training and data analytics. Forbis worked there for about 19 years and was able to work in areas of marketing, accounting, client management, consulting, training, new product development and coding with HTML and SQL.

“It was invaluable experience consulting with so many different industries and businesses,” she said.

Forbis said she loves working at CWC and often finds herself walking from building to building just to look around at the beautiful landscaping, nice facilities and friendly faces.

Forbis is a mom of two boys and many pets. She has two boys, two dogs, two cats, two lizards and a whole lot of fish. She enjoys being home and spending the weekends in her yard with her boys. She enjoys biking, cooking, learning new things and spending time with friends and family.
