Biography

Amanda Winchester is from Lander, Wyoming and started working at CWC in February 2021. She has been involved in meat judging individually and as a coach for more than 40 years. Before coming to CWC to teach meat science and agriculture she owned a business in Lander, Main Street Books and Himark Rentals. She is also no stranger to teaching, aside from being a meat judging coach she also substitute taught for several years.

Winchester has been a volunteer with 4-H for more than 25 years. She has also coached livestock judging and meats and she is the Fremont County Sheep superintendent for the fair.
