Cooking with Community is a mobile commercial teaching kitchen designed to offer year-round culinary instruction in Jackson and training on regional farms and the Wind River Indian Reservation. It allows the necessary flexibility in the culinary/hospitality curriculum.

  • Completely self-sufficient, but does have electrical hookups
  • Equipment includes: oven range, fryers, flat top, grill, sandwich station, refrigeration and freezer
