Food vendors, please adhere to all Wyoming Health Regulations and have a Temporary Food Permit from Teton County. The Temporary Food Permit must be submitted 14 days before the event (April 24th),  there is a $50 application fee.

IMPORTANT: Your name will be provided by Central Wyoming College to the Wyoming Revenue Department and you must report the 7% sales tax with the state. Sale Tax forms will be provided. Central Wyoming College will also provide your name to Teton County Environmental Health and the State of Wyoming Sales Tax Department as a vendor.

The 6th Annual Teton Powwow will accept 3 Food Vendors.

Food Booths will be located outside the Snow King Event Center.

Staging & Takedown: Vendors can set up their food booths between 4 – 7 PM Friday or Saturday from 8 – 10 AM.

Event is open to the public 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Booths must stay open 10 AM – 8:00 PM.

Take down is at 8 PM; must be completed by 10:30 PM. You may drive your vehicle up to the main entrance of the Snow King Center entrance to set up. Please move your vehicle to the designated parking area after setting up. At the end of the Powwow, you may move your car back to the main entrance of the Snow King Center to load your vehicle. Please ensure your space is completely clean after you load your vehicle.

Honoring the Land. The Teton Powwow encourages sustainable practices to protect the environment. Vendors and visitors are encouraged to recycle, bring water bottles (there will be a water refill station available), and avoid the use of plastic bags.
