The Central Wyoming College (CWC) College and Career Readiness Department offers free Integrated Education and Training (IET) programs designed specifically for English Language Learners (ELLs). These programs help you build workplace skills while improving your English proficiency, preparing you for success in today’s workforce.

Available Training Pathways

Program What You’ll Learn
Customer Service Build essential workplace skills through the Work Essentials program, including job searching, workplace communication, digital literacy, and strategies for long-term career success.
ServSafe® Certification Earn a nationally recognized food safety certification while learning safe food handling practices for careers in restaurants, hospitality, and food service.

Program Benefits

  • No Cost – These programs are provided at no additional cost to eligible students.
  • Learn While You Earn Skills – Improve your English while earning a professional credential.
  • Job Readiness – Build practical workplace skills, including resume writing, digital literacy, interview preparation, and more.

Eligibility Requirements

These programs are funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Students must provide proof of legal residency.

U.S. Citizens

  • Official State or Tribal ID
  • Social Security card or W-2

Immigrants

  • State ID
  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card, Work Visa, etc.)
  • Social Security card or W-2

Please Note: Individuals holding Student or Nanny visas are not eligible to enroll.
