The 5th Annual Teton Powwow will accept 15 Craft Vendors.  Craft Vendor Booths are open to American Indians only.  Per The Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA) of 1990 (P.L. 101-644)

IMPORTANT: Your name will be provided by Central Wyoming College to the Wyoming Revenue Department and you must report the 6% sales tax with the state.  Sale Tax forms will be provided. 

Booth size is 10’ x 10’.  One table and two chairs will be provided per booth by event planners.  Vendors are welcome to bring their own displays.

Staging & Takedown: Vendors will be able to come in and set up their staging between 4 – 7 PM Friday or Saturday from 8 – 10 AM.  

Event is open to the public 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.  Booths must stay open until 8:00 PM.  

Take down is at 8 PM; must be completed by 10:30 PM.  You may drive your vehicle up to the main entrance of the Snow King Center entrance and unload your artwork. Please move your vehicle to the designated parking area after setting up. At the end of the Powwow, you may move your car back to the main entrance of the Snow King Center to load your vehicle.  Please ensure your space is completely clean after you load your vehicle.

This event is eco-friendly and will have recycling bins throughout the site.  A water refill station is available for water bottles.

Vendors are responsible for their merchandise at all times. The Teton Powwow and its affiliates accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of participants’ property nor do they assume any responsibility for personal injury incurred through negligence, carelessness, misconduct or for any other reason.
