Central Wyoming College is proud to be part of the Wind River Recompete initiative in partnership with the Wind River Sage Fund – a federally funded grant program designed to expand access to good jobs, strengthen local economies, and remove barriers to success for underserved communities.
Through Recompete, we are bringing high-quality workforce training programs for students ages 25–54. These programs combine hands-on skill development with wraparound support services (for those under or unemployed), so students can focus on building their future without unnecessary obstacles.
Adults ages 25–54 may qualify for scholarship and financial aid through the Recompete program, which helps participants return to school, gain new skills, and advance into stronger career opportunities at little or no cost.
