Check out Central Wyoming College's electrical apprenticeship program. This program is designed to deliver the courses you need at your convenience. Educational training available for apprentices, journeymen and masters.

 

Electrical Apprenticeship Classes

  • Classroom or online learning options
  • The Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety for the State of Wyoming has approved the program and instructors as an official Apprentice Training Program. The hours spent can be registered by the students with the State of Wyoming toward an apprenticeship, if employed in the electrical field.
  • Courses follow the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) electrical curriculum.
  • Online courses include access to Contren® Connect. Contren® Connect is an interactive online tool for construction education! Flexible enough to be used as a self study guide, in blended/distance education, or in the traditional classroom, Contren® Connect is the perfect online supplement to use with the Contren® Learning Series Trainee Guides.

 

 

Licensing Exam Prep Courses

  • Intensive three-day preparation course
  • Electrical theory/National Electrical Code (NEC®)/Electrical Calculations
  • Pass your licensing exam the first time
  • Beginning June 2014

 

Continuing Education - The National Electrical Code® is used by all states for industry-wide electrical standards.

  • Learn the changes in the 2014 National Electrical Code
  • Get up to date on code requirements, code tables, and calculations.
  • This course is approved for continuing education credit for electrician license renewal in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.
