The National Science Foundation’s ATE program prepares students for high-technology careers that drive the nation’s economy through real-world, applied experience. ATE promotes innovation in technical education at two-year colleges by enhancing strong partnerships between academic institutions and industry.
The ATE program supports curriculum development; professional development of college faculty and secondary school teachers; career pathways for two-year college students, and other activities.
