    Please review Central Wyoming College’s Sexual Misconduct Policy in the CWC Student Handbook. Current CWC students should use this complaint form and CWC staff should use this form.

    The form below is designed to provide the community with an online method to report specific information related to an alleged incident(s) of discrimination, harassment (including sexual misconduct), or retaliation at CWC.

    You are not required to complete the entire form in order for the complaint to be submitted.

    Central Wyoming College will use the information provided to begin an investigation, which may include contacting the complainant, respondent, and/or any potential witnesses.

    However, if the report does not contain specific information, the Institution’s investigation and response may be limited.
