As Executive Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Central Wyoming College, she leads comprehensive marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and media outreach for all campuses and outreach centers. With a strong background in economic development, she also served as Executive Director of the Dubois Chamber of Commerce, spearheading regional growth efforts.
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic marketing, and community development. Currently serving as President of Riverton Rotary, she is dedicated to fostering community service and local partnerships across Wyoming.
Jennifer is a former Junior Warden on the Vestry of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Dubois and has held leadership roles with the Dubois Chamber of Commerce—both of which continue to inform her passion for service and community engagement.
She began her career at the Smithsonian Institution and later launched the Marshall Plan marketing firm, serving clients such as UNESCO Creative Cities, Santa Fe Community College, New Mexico’s Dept of Cultural Affairs, Hilton’s Buffalo Thunder, the New Mexico Law Center, and the Museum of Indian Arts & Culture.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s from Georgetown University. Jennifer and her husband Tim live in Dubois.
