Graduates will receive an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma.

Follow these simple steps:

• Check your school email and text messages for the award notification.
• Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
• Share your digital diploma on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter or download a secure .pdf version.

Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You can login and download or share it again and again — at no cost to you.

Your diploma will be sent to your email address on file. Update your personal email address.

How can students order digital diplomas?

Central Wyoming College offers a free digital diploma to students right after graduation. You can get your digital diploma/certificate faster than your paper diploma/certificate, so it’s a great way to immediately share your accomplishment with your family, friends, and potential employers.

We are introducing digital diplomas/certificates for the first time beginning spring 2024, so only certain students are candidates for receiving them. Graduates with a degree or certificate beginning the spring 2024 term will have access to the Parchment digital diploma service. Upon completion of a degree/program, graduates will receive an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma/certificate.

Follow these simple steps:

• Share your digital diploma on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter or download a secure .pdf version.

Your digital diploma/certificate will always be accessible online through your Parchment account. You can login to your Parchment account and download or share your diploma/certificate as many times as you’d like throughout your lifetime.
