STUDENTS DISCUSS, DEBATE GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS
Genetically modified food is the focus of a discussion and debate by Central Wyoming College environmental science and forensics students as they host a public forum Thursday, Nov. 29 at 3 p.m. in room 171 of Main Hall.
The students discuss and debate engineered foods during this presentation, the second in a series entitled “Dine, Debate and Deliberate.”
The environmental science students discuss where foods come from, what happens to it along the way and why it matters, which is followed by a discussion with the forensics students. The presentation is followed by a “non-genetically modified light meal.”
The public is welcome to attend.
