CWC HOSTS VETERANS APPRECIATION EVENT

To express its appreciation to community, student and staff veterans, Central Wyoming College is hosting a special event on Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11.
 
Veterans and a guest are invited to an informal meal in the Fremont Room, located in the CWC Student Center at 4:30 p.m. The veterans are also invited to the opening games of the Bailey Tire Tip-Off basketball tournament, which begin at 5:30 p.m., where members of the U.S. armed forces will again be recognized.
 
CWC has 39 veterans receiving benefits enrolled at CWC this fall semester. Thirteen members of the college staff also served their country in the armed services.
