ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT - JOSHUA SORENSON

Joshua Sorenson, AS Biological Science – 2000, recently received a prestigious award from the American Society of Reclamation Scientists. Employed by Jonah Energy, LLC, Joshua was named Reclamationist of the Year for 2021 and is the first award recipient from the oil and gas industry in the 37-year history of the award. Asked about his experience at CWC, Joshua said, ” My time at CWC set a foundation for learning that enabled me to obtain further degrees at the University level. The instructors at CWC knew the names of their students and wanted them to succeed in their coursework.” Congratulations to Joshua on his achievements!
