CWC alumna gets new UW degree
January 1, 2011Sabrina Forbis, a 2009 graduate of Central Wyoming College, has earned a place in University of Wyoming history. Forbis and Kyle McDonald of Jackson are the first UW students to receive bachelor's degrees in energy resource science offered by the School of Energy Resources.

Debate team wins at NWC tournament
January 1, 2011Central Wyoming College’s debate team won the novice division of parliamentary debate at Northwest College’s Trapper Rendezvous Debate and Speech tournament on November 12 beating out teams from Eastern Wyoming College, Laramie County Community College, Northwest College, Black Hills State University, and the Air Force Academy to accomplish the feat.
