Central Wyoming College to Host Community Input Meetings for Presidential Search

RIVERTON, Wyo. — Central Wyoming College will host a series of community input meetings in April as part of its presidential search process, inviting residents, students, faculty and staff to help shape the future leadership of the college.

The meetings are designed to gather feedback on the priorities, qualities and vision desired in the institution’s next president. College officials say community input is a critical component in selecting a leader who reflects the needs and aspirations of the region.

The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Wednesday, April 15

  • Riverton Community Input Meeting, 7–8:30 p.m., Central Wyoming College’s Intertribal Education and Community Center, Room 125, 2660 Peck Ave., Riverton

Thursday, April 16

  • Thermopolis Community Input Meeting, 7:30–8:30 a.m., Hot Springs Learning Center
  • Wind River Indian Reservation Community Input Meeting, 5:30–6:30 p.m., Wyoming Indian Schools Chief’s Technology Center
  • Lander Community Input Meeting, 7:30–8:30 p.m., CWC Lander Center, Room LC106

  • Dubois Community Input Meeting, 7:30–8:30 a.m., CWC Dubois Outreach Center
  • Jackson Community Input Meeting, 12–1 p.m., Center for the Arts Educational Wing, Room CFA 118

Community members may attend any session that is convenient. Feedback gathered will be shared with the presidential search committee to help guide the selection process.
