Central Wyoming College’s Institute of Tribal Learning invites the community to attend Protecting the Circle, a two-hour event focused on raising awareness and inspiring action around human trafficking and Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR).

This program brings together national and local voices to connect global issues of exploitation with the realities faced in the Wind River community.
