Lean Manufacturing with Cedro Toro

This 2-day program is designed for business leaders to set and reach goals through continuous improvement. Day 1 will be the Lean Essentials course and combined with Day 2 where structured problem-solving comprises a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
