Free Shakespeare Workshop and Twelfth Night Performance

Actors from Equality Stage Theatre Company rehearse Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night on the stage of Central Wyoming College’s Robert A. Peck Arts Center ahead of a free community performance in Riverton.

Join Central Wyoming College and Equality Stage Theatre Company for a full day of free Shakespeare programming at the Robert A. Peck Arts Center on Saturday, June 27.

The day begins with a free Shakespeare workshop from 1–3 p.m., offering students, community members, and aspiring performers the opportunity to work directly with Equality Stage founders and cast members. Participants will explore Shakespeare’s language, storytelling, and performance techniques through interactive exercises designed for all experience levels.

At 7 p.m., Equality Stage Theatre Company presents its inaugural production of Twelfth Night. Co-directed by company founders Andrew “Drew” Thornton and Jeremy Swanton, this lively interpretation of Shakespeare’s beloved comedy combines mistaken identity, romance, humor, and live music in an engaging theatrical experience.

Both the workshop and performance are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
