The CWC Handbell Choir has seven musicians this semester. In addition to original music written just for handbells, the group will be playing some arrangements of well-known songs, including “Nobody Knows the Trouble I’ve Seen,” “Streets of Laredo” and “I’ve been Workin’ on the Railroad”. The 25 singers of the CWC Collegiate and Masters Chorale will be performing a varied program. Selections will range from high-energy toe-tappers such as “Yonder Come Day” and “Since I Laid my Burden Down” to the serenely beautiful “Music of Life” and “Traveler’s Hymn.” Additionally, CWC Sophomore William Bush will be performing two solo vocal selections between the handbell choir and collegiate chorale.
The program is family-friendly and free to the public.
