Join us for a hands-on, two-day workshop designed to give you valuable exposure to the general prototyping process—perfect for entrepreneurs, inventors, and industry professionals looking to bring ideas to life. Led by Dr. Levi Kirby and Makerspace Coordinator David Maulik, this engaging series will guide you through essential tools, techniques, and strategies to help you move from concept to creation with confidence.

Topics include:

  • Overall SolidWorks tutorial (1-year access to Solidworks Maker Included)
  • Hands-on experience designing parts using CAD
  • How to use simulation to analyze parts without the need for fabrication
  • How to use manufacturing processes such as 3D printers and laser cutters to fabricate parts
