2025 Rustler 500

We’re excited to announce that the annual Rustler 500 Fundraiser is set for April 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Rustler Gymnasium! We’d love for you to join us for an evening filled with fun, food, and prizes. Your ticket includes entry to our tailgate party for you and one guest, plus a chance to win $10,000!

Our student-athletes are the heart and soul of Rustler Athletics. They’re not just exceptional competitors but also dedicated students and community leaders. They embody the values of hard work, teamwork, and resilience, and your support of this fundraiser makes an incredible difference in their lives. Here’s how:

• Scholarships: Many of our student-athletes rely on financial aid to continue their education. Your contributions help provide scholarships, allowing them to focus on excelling both in the classroom and in their sport, without the added stress of financial challenges.
• Community Connection: Of our 154 student-athletes, 40 are proud Wyoming natives, representing both the college and our community with pride. Every student-athlete completes at least 10 hours of community service annually. From volunteering at food and clothing drives to supporting local animal shelters and nonprofits, they’re making a lasting impact. Your support helps us continue fostering these community-building programs, strengthening the bond between our athletes and the people they serve.

You do not need to be present to win, but we hope you can come enjoy the electric atmosphere!

This year there will be over $15,000 in awarded prize money! Of course, the person with the last ticket drawn will win $10,000!
