ADVISING DAYS FOR Fall 2025

SCHEDULE AN ADVISING APPOINTMENT 

Dear Central Wyoming College Current Students:

Starting on Monday, March 31st , CWC is hosting Advising Days for students currently enrolled in Spring 2025 classes. Advising Days provides an opportunity for current students to meet with their Faculty Advisor and plan their Fall 2025 class schedule and be ready for early registration on April 8th!

Faculty know a wide variety of careers available to majors, what specific courses are required for the major, and how to most effectively choose and prepare for specific undergraduate/graduate programs and careers. They can also help you evaluate how well your skills and abilities fit with the field and your goals. They will help you plan out your semester classes and make sure that you are on track to graduate.

Classes fill up quickly so meeting with your Faculty Advisor during this time period will help ensure that you have the classes and a schedule you want for Fall 2025. In addition, some classes are only offered in the Fall or Spring semester so you don’t want to miss out on a class that you might really need.

Don’t know who your faculty advisor is? Stop by Rustler Central or call them at 307-855-2115. You can also look up who your faculty advisor is through your myCentral portal.

To find out who your faculty advisor is, follow this path:

1. Log into myCentral

2. Click the Rustler Central tile/app

3. Click Student Planning

4. Click Go to Plan & Schedule

5. Click the Advising tab to see your advisor’s name

6. Once you know who your faculty advisor is, click here for the CWC Staff Directory to find faculty advisor contact information.

7. Under Search By Name please enter your advisor’s name then hit the enter key and their name, department, office location and office phone number will appear.
