Lynne McAuliffe has served CWC for nearly 20 years and is the dean for business, technical, health and safety programs. She also oversees workforce development and entrepreneurship programs at the college.
Prior to joining the college, McAuliffe worked in the workforce training and development field since 1983 where she provided training and consulting services to businesses and their employees on a variety of topics such as leadership, management, customer service and improving performance. McAuliffe also served as vice president of an $80 million furniture corporation and has senior-level executive experience in management, advertising, marketing, operations, training and development. She has a master’s in leadership studies: organizational design and improvement from City University, Seattle, Washington.
