Central Wyoming College Spring Registration is Open and Ready to Support Student Goals

Riverton, Wyo. — Spring registration is now open at Central Wyoming College, with classes beginning January 20. Central Wyoming College encourages new and returning students to explore the wide range of support services available to help them reach their educational and career goals.

Central Wyoming College is committed to student success both inside and outside the classroom. The college works to support students’ goals by addressing common challenges related to childcare, transportation, food insecurity, and affordability, ensuring students have the resources they need to stay on track.

“We want students to know they are supported here,” said Coralina Daly, Vice President of Student Affairs. “From financial assistance to consistent childcare and reliable transportation, we work to remove barriers so students can focus on their education and their future.”

Childcare Support for Student Parents
Through an agreement with Child Development Services of Fremont County (CDSFC), childcare discounts are available for CWC students, helping student parents balance family responsibilities with their academic goals. Contact Brittanee or Michelle at CDSFC at 307-856-4337 for information.

Getting to Class Made Easier
Students across Fremont County now have increased access to transportation. Both Tribal Transit and Wind River Transportation Authority offer rides that make commuting to class much easier. All riders are eligible for either service, which are are both free for CWC students

Making College More Affordable
CWC offers a wide variety of scholarships, with details available at www.cwc.edu/scholarships. Additionally, eligible students ages 25–54 may qualify for free courses through the Recompete Grant.

Students are encouraged to register early, connect with advisors, and take advantage of available support services.
