Students have choices with Central's programs of study

At CWC, you have a choice of enrolling in a program that takes you directly to the job market or to a path that prepares you for advanced degrees. If your goal is to get immediate job skills, our associate of applied science (AAS) degree programs and credentials come in many technical and occupational areas. These programs vary in length from several months to two years or more, depending on your particular needs and backgrounds.

If you plan to earn a bachelor's or an advanced degree, you can get a solid start at CWC. An excellent option for the student with varied interests or who is unsure about a major is the General Studies program. It is designed to give you a broad liberal arts background and that includes the general education courses required at most four-year institutions. The 2013-14 catalog is here.
