Central Wyoming College will host a no talent show April 19 at 6pm. New CWC employee and housing manager Lydia Ulrich is the person who brought the idea to campus. Ulrich who oversees the student activities board wanted to improve the culture at CWC and help make more fun events for the students, staff and faculty to participate in.

The No Talent Show is open to the public to come and watch. The winners will be decided by a panel of judges, made up of CWC staff, faculty and a some students. The first place prize is a $250 Amazon gift card and a $50 gift card for second place. They aren’t just looking for any normal talents though.

It’s not an absence of a talent, it’s an unusual talent or like the lack thereof. You want something that entertains people, that is usually not thought of as a talent. I am entered, I will be beat boxing into a harmonica, so that’s kind of an example of the unusual talent. ”

If the show raises $250, Chuck Carr will get up and perform a rap on stage. If $500 is raised, Steve Barlow will perform his mystery talent.

The show will be in the CWC Little Theatre on April 19 at 6 pm. The contestants will compete on the stage. Entry forms are available in the student life are of Rustler Central and in the Housing office. For more information contact Lydia Ulrich at lulrich@cwc.edu.
