RUSTLER SPOTLIGHT: MARISSA ARNOLD

RUSTLER SPOTLIGHT: MARISSA ARNOLD

Portrait of Marissa Arnold

Marissa Arnold is a sophomore from Cowley, Wyoming graduating in May with a degree in health science.

After watching her sister recover from an accident that left her missing a lot of teeth, Arnold knew she wanted to become a dentist.

“To see her go through something like that inspired me to help others that go through those situations,” Arnold said.

When she’s not playing basketball for the CWC lady Rustlers, Arnold participates in the WyoFanatics Club and serves as a deputy recruiter. In her free time, Arnold enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time outdoors.

Arnold’s favorite part about CWC is the staff and the professors.

They get to know you on a personal level and really care about where you want to go after CWC. ”

Arnold was nominated by Patrick Edwards, Director of Admissions

“She is a hard-working student who shows her work ethic in the classroom, the basketball court and working in admissions,” Edwards said. “She can be counted on to help with on-campus events, help her peers, encourage new students when they arrive on campus and she is always willing to help give tours of campus when needed. Her smile, joyful attitude and willingness to help are wonderful to have in Rustler Central.”
