CWC Upward Bound (UB) is a college preparatory program for high school students in Fremont County that is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and sponsored by Central Wyoming College. The purpose of Upward Bound is to strengthen the academic skills of eligible high school students and prepare them to enter college and graduate with degrees.

Complete the Upward Bound Application and W-9 IRS Form to receive quarterly stipends. Options for submitting forms include:
After the Upward Bound staff reviews completed applications, the potential participant and guardian(s) will be contacted.
