Student Records & Transcripts
The Office of Student Records, located within Rustler Central, maintains your academic history and ensures your data is secure.
How do I request a transcript?
Official Transcripts: CWC uses the National Student Clearinghouse for secure electronic delivery. There is a fee for transcript requests/orders. Order Official Transcript.
Unofficial Transcripts: Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts for free by logging into MyCentral and selecting the Rustler Central icon.
Non-Degree & Community Learners
Are you looking to take a single class for professional development or personal enrichment? You can join the CWC community without seeking a full degree.
Non-Credential Seeking: When you apply for admission you can choose
“I just need one class” or “Undecided/Other” and mark that you are not seeking a degree.
- Step 1: Complete the free Online Application.
- Step 2: Select "I just need one class" or "Undecided/Other" for your Area of Study and then choose "No" when asked if you are seeking a degree.
- Step 3: Once admitted, contact Rustler Central to register for your specific course.
