Community Education

The Lander Center offers Community Education (Non-Credit) courses open to community members of all ages.  A broad range of topics are covered from health to recreation, arts, languages, cooking and certification courses.  Classes are offered over the course of the year during three different sessions: Fall, Spring, and Summer.  Class schedules are published in the Riverton Ranger and Lander Journal, posted to the Lander Center website, Facebook page, and featured on  Hard copies of schedules are also available at the Lander Center and various locations around Lander.

5 Easy Ways to Register


 IN PERSON - Students can register at the Lander Center (427 Main Street)


 MAIL - Registration and payment information can be mailed to the Lander Center (427 Main Street, Lander, WY 82520).  Registration forms are included in the Lander Journal/Riverton Ranger inserts and can be found online.


 PHONE - Register by calling (307) 332-3394.  Payment with a credit or debit card accepted over the phone.


 FAX - Registration information with credit or debit card payment can be faxed to (307) 332-5168.





Payment for all classes is required at the time of registration.  Cash, check, credit, or debit card accepted.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of course tuition and fees, withdrawals must be made up to two business days prior to the scheduled start of the class.  Please register early to ensure that you get a place in the class.  Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor conflicts, illness, etc.  In these cases, tuition and fees will be refunded.
