Sinks Canyon Center

A Lander campus of Central Wyoming College

Sinks Canyon Center is a multi use educational and recreational center located in the foothills of the Wind River Mountains. It's a living and learning facility for Outdoor Education students and is open to the community. Our grounds feature hiking and mountain biking trails available to the public. We also host educational field days for local schools, youth summer camps and rent out space for business trainings and retreats. 

Camp Popo Agie 2017

A three day backpacking trip in the Wind River Mountain Range focuses on life-long outdoor adventure and team-building skills for 6th-8th graders. This camp will offer days filled with mountain biking, rock climbing, fly-fishing, archery, star gazing and more!

High Adventure Week 2017

Learn the skills you need to be confident in the outdoors! This three night backpacking trip for 9th-12th grades will be filled with canoeing, rock climbing, back country cooking, wilderness navigation and more.

Ladies Orchard Retreat

Treat yourself to a fabulous ladies getaway this summer. Explore beginner mountain biking and rock climbing. Reconnect with nature through Yoga and journaling and then pamper yourself with a massage at the CWC Sinks Canyon Center!
