SUMMARY:"Fusion" Art Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Artist Bio \nMy curious and creative nature leans me toward exploration of mixed mediums\, fused with mark-making. \nUnabashedly\, I love color. Even when I try to contain my palette\, there seems be a moment where the whole box of color crayons have escaped\, and find their way to my canvas. \nOften\, while producing this work\, I was drawn to add words.  Either a partial lyric by the greats\, a cherished verse\, inspiring words by the living\, or quotes from the dead\,… whatever was resonating with my creative soul\,  needed to be shared. \nThe monochromatic short days of winter have passed.  May this artwork remind you of the colors of life\, all around us.  We often become benign to the things that brought us wonder and stirred our senses when we were young\, such as drifting clouds\, blooming flowers\, dripping water\, and even the painted faces of the rodeo clowns were all worth a second and third look.  Let us embrace the fusion of nature and mankind\, during this Wyoming summer. \nMelissa Strickler\nSacred Wind Studio \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWham-o Super Stuff\nPeach from the psalm\nBlue Reflection
