Friday, October 3rd from 5-9PM

Join the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival and CWC to kick off Jackson's first ever, free community science festival - WILD SCIENCE! The Science of Food will be a feeding frenzy, with science-y tasters available from Snake River Grill, Lotus, the Whole Grocer, Healthy Being Juicery, Atelier Ortega & More!  'Taster punch cards' are available at the door in $10 increments to be redeemed at each vendor table for tantalizing tasters!

To supplement the 5-9PM tasting reception - there will be three free presentations in the Center theater to dig deeper into the science of food!

6-6:45 - Learn about a new revolution and change the way you think about protein with Cricket based flour from Chapul! Pat Crowley, the creator of Chapul cricket flour, has worked with CWC Culinary program & JHHS students to bring you delicious free passed appetizers throughout the night.

7-7:45 - Learn about the process of fermentation with Jessica Marlo from Healthy Being Juicery & Poa Lily! Then Teton Vodka will share with you the process of distilling by demonstrating with their small apparatus!

8-8:45 - Indulge your tastebuds and learn about the science of chocolate with Oscar Ortega of Atelier Ortega! What makes chocolate such a delicate balance and why do we love it so much?
