Wedding/Reunion/Large Event Booking Policy
- Bookings for the Sinks Canyon Center occur on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Bookings are accepted up to two years in advance.
A security deposit is required to reserve the event dates. The amount due to reserve the
Facility rental is calculated as follows:

| $499 or less | 1/3 the cost of the facility rental plus the total amount of the facility rental |
| $500 or more | 1/3 the cost of the the facility rental |
- Final payment for facility rentals of $500 or more must be received by CWC no later than 14 days before the event date(s).
- The security deposit will be refunded either partially or in full after the event, depending on the condition of the facilities.
- Permission of the CWC President will be required if alcohol is served. The SCC event coordinator will provide additional information at the time of booking. No additional fees apply.
- Cancellation policy: A full refund of the security deposit and any other paid fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled 3 months before the event date(s). If the event is cancelled anytime within 3 months of the event, 50% of the security deposit is retained by SCC. Any other paid fees will be refunded.
- For booking inquires, complete the information request form and submit. The Sinks Canyon Center event coordinator will contact you and assist you in the planning of your event.
