Enhance completion and student success without compromising access

  • Reduce loan default rate, including possible elimination of loans altogether
  • Radically revise and eventually eliminate developmental coursework
  • Reduce time to degree completion


Improve resource development and allocation

  • Streamline college operations
  • Develop new funding mechanisms and resources
  • Assess sustainability and suitability of grants
  • Strengthen alumni base

 

Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Continue to work with CWC/K-12 “Transitional Alignment Task Force”
  • Develop relationship with new Job Corps
  • Work closely with Jackson to grow and expand CWC presence in Jackson
  • Improve partnership with CWC Foundation
  • Increase engagement with Wind River Reservation community
