Central Wyoming College offers two types of payment plans:

Optional Tuition and Fees Payment Plan
- CWC's Optional Tuition and Fee Payment Plan is offered to on-campus, full-time students. It allows students to spread their projected tuition and fee payments over equal installments and features no interest or carrying charges. A nominal one-time processing fee of $20 is assessed at the time the plan is initiated. There are no income or credit restrictions, nor is there any interest or carrying charges

Tuition and Fees Payment Plan B
- CWC's Payment Plan B is designed specifically for students who are taking less than full time, outreach, and summer credit courses. The plan is simple. There are no income or credit restrictions, nor is there any interest or carrying charges. A nominal one-time processing fee of $5 is assessed when the plan begins.
- Follow these easy steps...
  1. Register for your classes.
  2. See the Accounts Receivable Technician in the business office and complete the application form.
  3. You will need to pay the $5 set up fee and 50 percent of the tuition when you have completed filling out the application form.
  4. Pay the balance of your charges within 30 days of your first payment.

Students may sign up for this plan at any time as long as the first installment is sufficient to cover any scheduled payments that were missed as a result of signing up late. Any financial aid received while on this plan will cause future scheduled payments to be accelerated before the remainder of the aid is disbursed to students.

Payments are due by the 10th day of the month for the specified semester according to the schedule shown below: a 10-day grace period is given before a late fee of $20 per month is assessed to the account.

Visit the Accounts Receivable Technician in the CWC Business Office for further information. A short application and a signed promissory installment note are all that is required.

Making a payment
Students are expected to pay all tuition and fees at the Cashier's window or make arrangements for a payment plan in the Business Office at the time of registration. Payments can also be made on-line with a credit card by logging into WebAdvisor. Students who have not paid all tuition and fees or have not filed a payment plan by the payment deadline will be removed from all classes. Students who have received notification of funding such as grants, loans, or scholarships are exempt from payment deadline requirements, but must have filed a payment plan in the Business Office by the above deadlines. Late payments are assessed at the rate of $20 per month.

Full tuition and fees for all classes lasting a minimum of 14 calendar days will be refunded for the first 12 percent of class, with no refund thereafter. There will be no refund of tuition or fees for classes lasting less than 14 calendar days once the class begins. Refunds will be processed in a reasonable time period. Checks will not be issued for refunds of less than $50, but must be picked up at the cashier's window unless special arrangements are made.

No refunds will be processed for students who do not officially withdraw. The college reserves the right to withhold normal services to students until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled.
