Nursing Faculty 
Paula Kihn

 

 Paula Kihn has been on the CWC nursing faculty since 2005. Before entering teaching, Paula had been a traveling nurse in Wisconsin, Colorado, Hawaii and Connecticut and had ten years work experience in medical surgical, orthopedic, neurological and cardiac/telemetry nursing.

Paula is working on her master's degree from the University of Wyoming and her non-thesis project is related to generational differences in learning among nursing students.

She thinks of her fellow nursing faculty as mentors and utilizes new technologies into her instructional methods. She is an advisor for the Student Nurses' Association

Paula enjoys hiking, swimming, running and music. Prior to earning her BSN, Paula had also obtained a bachelor of arts in English.
