1.  Be admitted to the CWC Jackson Nursing program
2. Submit a letter that addresses the applicant's:
   1. Financial need
   2. Commitment to helping people
   3. Community service/involvement
3. Preference will be given a Jackson applicant who has been a resident of Jackson Hole five or more years.
4. The award is available to a first-year student in the program. If a student maintains his or her grade point average at the equivalent of a B and is otherwise eligible to remain in the program, they are given a preference to continue the award in their second year.
