1. Fremont County resident
2. Graduate of a Fremont County High School
3. Full-time student with a minimum 2.5 GPA
4. Demonstrated financial need
5. Priority given to students in the following order:
   a) Former Marine or spouse
   b) Child of a former Marine
   c) Grand or great grandchild of a former Marine
   d) Any student

4. Spend 3-4 hours a week in some type of assigned work at KCWC-FM. (This is in addition to Lab hours or part-time employment.)
5. Radio/TV majors will be given preference

1. Graduate of Riverton High School
2. Minimum high school cumulative 3.0 GPA
3. Exhibit high financial need
4. Submit a "statement of vision." Using no more than 500 words, applicants should address where they envision themselves five to 10 years after their college education.

1. Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA earned each semester and a minimum of 12 credit hours earned each semester

1. Be a full-time student with a minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Applicant must complete a goal statement as part of the CWC Scholarship Application.  Goal statement must indicate how scholarship assistance will impact their educational plan and benefit their situation.
3. Student must have graduated from Riverton High School within ten (10) years of applying.

Renewal Requirements:

1. If GPA is maintained, student is eligible to reapply for a second award.
