Registration

  • Students may enroll in classes during the registration periods indicated in the academic calendar and the Schedule of Courses publication. Registrations will be accepted up to the first day of class. Early registration is encouraged.
  • Information regarding class availability and registration procedures is published prior to the beginning of each semester. Counselors and faculty advisors are available to assist students with class scheduling.
  • Students may register in person or online at the CWC website: www.cwc.edu by following the instructions posted in the Registration and Records menu.
  • Students with holds will not be permitted to register.

 

WebAdvisor provides students direct access to their student records. Check this often for the most up-to-date view of your student records. Please remember your records are your responsibility. The Registrar's Office aims to continually facilitate students in their academic pursuits and maintenance of their records. Protecting this information is a major part of our mission. To login you will need to know your username and password/account key. For those occasions that you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it right away by using your CWC student ID number.
