The Financial Aid Office helps students finance their education at CWC through federal grant programs, work-study, student loans, scholarships, and student employment.

- November 10, 2008 - Spring 2009 Scholarship deadline
- November 26-28, 2008 - Thanksgiving Holiday, Campus Closed
- December 24-Jan 1, 2009 - Campus Closed, Semester Break
- January 9, 2009 - First Class Stipend Deadline
- March 1, 2009 - Institutional scholarship deadline
- May 1, 2009 - Deadline for high school graduate scholarship. Send seven-semester transcript and apply online
