Central Wyoming College reviews transcripts before they are released as Official Transcripts. Therefore, it may take up to 7 business days from the time you order your transcript until it is available to be mailed or picked up. We appreciate your patience and remind you to plan ahead.

Unofficial transcripts can also be viewed through the myAdvisor link of myCentral.

To request an official transcript, you may do so either by fax, or mail using the form above, or in person by stopping by the Registration and Records office. To request an official transcript online, simply click here to access myCentral and then myAdvisor.

Requests will be processed in a timely manner. Be sure to include the following information:

1. Full name and any name used while attending CWC.
2. Current mailing address.
3. Daytime phone number, in case there is a problem.
4. CWC Student ID Number or Social Security Number.
5. Date of Birth.
6. Signature.
7. Detailed addresses of where your transcripts should be sent, including the names of specific people to whose attention it should go.

WebAdvisor provides students direct access to their student records. Check this often for the most up-to-date view of your student records. Please remember your records are your responsibility. The Registrar's Office aims to continually facilitate students in their academic pursuits and maintenance of their records. Protecting this information is a major part of our mission. To login you will need to know your username and password/account key. For those occasions that you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it right away by using your CWC student ID number.
