Graduation

Are you ready to graduate?

Students who complete the published requirements for one or more Central Wyoming College Credential, Certificate and/or Degree will be eligible to graduate. However, it is the student's responsibility to see that a completed Program Evaluation, signed by the appropriate Division Dean, and an Application for Graduation are submitted to the Registration and Records Office by the graduation application deadline in the term they are graduating. Waiting to receive end of term exams or final project results before you apply for graduation would result in a delay in your graduation date.

Students may officially graduate in December, May or August. However, the Commencement ceremony for all students is held in May. Students participating in the spring commencement ceremony will have a cap & gown ordered for them based on how they complete the Application for Graduation. If you do not successfully complete all academic requirements by the end of the semester, you must reapply for graduation for the following semester.

Important

It is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation within the specified graduation application period.
