E-Services Maintenance Schedule

Every month, the College schedules a “Planned Maintenance Window” for one weekend. These windows extend from 6:00 pm Saturday night to 4:00 am Sunday morning. The March 2012 window is scheduled for Saturday March 24 and Sunday March 25.

 

For this weekend, here are the planned activities, and how they will affect users:

myAdvisor will not be available for this two hour period. myAdvisor is how students access their enrollment information, including adding/dropping courses, paying bills online, viewing grades and transcripts, etc.

Saturday 10-4:00 amCWC website www.cwc.edu and myCENTRAL portalVendor has not communicated their plans for this maintenance window. However, if these services go down, our backup web page will replace the www.cwc.edu home page for the duration, and will contain links to myEmail, myAdvisor, and myClasses. Except as noted below, these services will remain available to students – however students will need to login individually to these services during the outage.

Other eServices
Minor upgrades to other services may cause momentary “blips” in service availability. It is believed that users currently accessing any of these services will not be booted off the service. New logins to services may not be available for upto 15 minutes as these other services are patched and rebooted. If you are not able to login into a CWC eService, please wait 15 minutes and try again.

 

The next planned maintenance window for the college is the weekend of April 28-29, 2012.
