Saturday 9-11:00 pmAdAstra Facilities SchedulingAdAstra is the service the college uses to schedule our facilities for courses and special events. It includes an online "Request Facilities" service and the ability for users to see facilities schedules for all college buildings.
Saturday 9-11:00 pmOther eServicesMinor upgrades to other services may cause momentary "blips" in service availability. It is believed that users currently accessing the service will not be boosted off the service, though there may be a screen freeze for a moment or two.

However, if these services go down, our backup web page will replace the home page for the duration, and will contain links to student email, myAdvisor, and myClasses. Smarthinking will be unavailable during this outage though. Students will need to login individually to these services during the outage.

Panopto podcasting serviceThis outage was scheduled by the vendor and we were not able to have it scheduled during the monthly maintenance window. A few courses podcasting service will not be available during this time.

 

The next planned maintenance window for the college is the weekend of February 25-26, 2012.
