Nicotine Cessation

Here's your opportunity to participate in the Great American Smoke-out and Through with Chew Events. Join other smokers and those who chew tobacco on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 for the Great American Smoke-out, and February 20, 2014 for Through with Chew, as they abstain from smoking and/or chewing for the day. If you don't smoke or chew, here's an opportunity to support one of your friends who would like to quit.
