Student apartments consist of two separate apartment buildings, East and West Apartments.
One-bedroom apartments hold a maximum of two single students; two-bedroom apartments hold a maximum of four single students, each responsible for their own rental payments. ADA accessible apartments are available on a space available basis.
The one- and two-bedroom apartments are furnished and include living, dining and kitchen areas, with central laundry facilities. 
Apartments are carpeted. Cable TV, high speed DSL connectivity through the college and utilities are included in the rent. Apartments and through the college in the East Apartments, and is the responsibility of the tenants.
Residents living in the apartments are put on a apartment meal plan, and can purchase a full meal plan if they desire. All Food Court debits must be used within a semester or they will be forfeited.
Resident Assistants (RAs) who assist the Housing Manager in matters of administration, 
activities, discipline and personal help, supervise each apartment complex.
