Lady Rustlers split first two games in Valley of the Sun

 

Scottsdale, AZ (Dec 15) - The Central Wyoming College Women's Basketball Team has split their 1st two games while playing in the Phoenix, AZ area.  Wednesday night the Lady Rustlers lost 60 to 55 to Chandler-Gilbert College.  Last night the Lady Rustlers defeated Scottsdale Community College by the score of 55 to 46.

 

"We played much better tonight then we did last night.  We were able to move the ball and follow more of the game plan then we were the 1st night,"  Coach Serol Stauffenberg said.

 

With the win the Lady Rustler's record now stands at 7 - 3 on the year.  They will take on South Mountain Community College tonight and then Mesa Community College tomorrow.
