Rustlers post win over Great Falls

Miles City, MT (December 2) – The Central Wyoming College Women’s Basketball defeated the University of Great Falls, 69 – 31. With the win the Lady Rustlers improve to 5-0 on the year.

Freshman and Montana native Marissa Hogan made her state homecoming worthwhile with 11 points on the night. Australian sophomore Jacki Nicholson led the Lady Rustlers with 18 points to go with her eight rebounds on the night. She opened the game with two straight three point shots, shooting 7 for 14 for the night.

“The Ladies did a really good job on defense tonight and followed our game plan. We were a little shorthanded due to injuries but we were able to just continue to play hard all night, said Coach Serol Stauffenberg.  "Two ladies in double figures and another three with eight points each, so I thought we moved the ball well.”
